	Lenny Axford Lenny Axford is one of the more senior Inside Sales Representatives at SMA with tenure of over 15 years. Lenny’s experience in the Air Force after high school has allowed him to travel to many distant lands. While in the Air Force he worked on jet fighters seriously increasing his knowledge and love for high-tech electronics. Prior to SMA, his career in electronic component distribution sales began with Hall-Mark Electronics Phoenix in 1983 where he served as an Inside Sales Representative. He later secured a position at Ecam Technology in 1990. Lenny has been with SMA since 1993 and has been a true asset and mentor to many within the company.
	Kathy Davison Kathy Davison has been with Spectrum Marketing for over 8 years. Her degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M gave her a strong technical background to develop and offer products to our customers. Her close coordination with engineers both at the manufacturer and customer ensure all requirements are met. She has lead negotiations of contracts, purchase orders, schedules, quality and engineering requirements. Her strong communication skills have allowed her to plan, organize and drive actions to ensure she wins the opportunity.
	Carole Dickinson Carole Dickinson has been a manufacturers' representative for the last 28 years. She founded Spectrum Marketing 17 years ago, after being a partner with Spectrum Marketing, a Colorado based rep firm. In addition to her responsibilities as president of the rep firm, she has held the position of president of the Arizona ERA chapter, as well as on the National Board as VP of Components. Carole has served on numerous rep councils and won Supplier of the Year award from Honeywell in Arizona. Carole holds a degree from SUNY.
	Josh Fontes Josh is our Network/Systems Administrator & Area Account Manager adding extreme value in keeping the company’s systems up and running. In 1996 he attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ working towards his degree in MIS. After a couple of years in Tucson, he eventually transferred to Arizona State University in Tempe. Josh began working with SMA in May of 2000 as an IT professional. Over the last 8 years his responsibilities have changed quite drastically. Josh has shown such extreme value that Inside and Field Sales duties has been added to his role at SMA. His technical and language skills have enabled him to support a wide range of customers in the US and Mexico.
	Carlos Garza Carlos Garza is an Area Account Manager. Born in Monterrey, NL – Mexico , he later received a Bachelors Degree in System Administration from State University UANL. Prior to SMA, Carlos started his career as an Inside Sales Rep at IFM Efector enhancing automatizacion solutions, his experience continued to grow at Anixter Inc. where he handled several strategic accounts like Flextronics and Bombardier. His great communications skills helped build long-term relationships with customers and have made Carlos a valued team player and Outside Sale Rep with a strong background in the electrical and electronics industry.
	Scott Hartmann Area Account Manager at SMA and has over 18 years experience in the high tech industry. Originally from WI, Scott received his Associates Degree in Electromechanical Technology from Chippewa Valley Technical College and attended the University of Phoenix in Arizona. Scott joined Spectrum Marketing in 1993 as an area account manager. Scott previously worked for Avnet Electronics as Product Manager and Memec Semiconductor as an area account manager. Scott now covers strategic accounts in both Arizona and Sonora Mexico for SMA. Scott has a strong background in Semiconductors, passive electromechanical components, circuits boards, value add and test.
	Rob Holcomb Assistant Sales Manager & Area Account Manager, Rob supervises Inside sales staff and Product line management. He also covers strategic OEM accounts; such as Boeing, Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, BAE, and L-3, and is responsible for new business development at emerging accounts in Arizona.
	Mike Martin Area Account Manager for select customers in Arizona as well as Las Vegas and Albuquerque. Mike earned an Associates degree in Business from Dean Jr College in Franklin, MA. He has been with Spectrum Marketing since Nov. 2003. Prior to joining Spectrum Marketing he held General Manager positions for both Pioneer Standard and Avnet. Before that he spent time at Future Electronics is various management positions and sales management for Bell Industries and Schweber Electronics. Previous experience also includes positions in purchasing as well. In all his career in the high tech electronic industry expands more than 25 years.
	Norma Messina Norma is currently an Inside Sales Representative at Spectrum Marketing Associates. Norma was born in El Paso TX and attended High School in Cd. Juarez, Chih Mexico. After high school Norma received a Certificate in Computer Information Specialist. Prior to SMA, Norma worked with a machine tool distributor as an Inside Sales/Customer Service representative. Norma began working for SMA in the year 2000 when the company used to only service the Mexican states of Chihuahua & Sonora. Because of her growth contribution, expertise, and experience in the marketplace, the SMA Mexico office has expanded its territory into the other states as well.
	Robert Murillo Robert Murillo is the Director of Mexico Sales and a Partner in the firm and has been with Spectrum Marketing Assoc. since 1993. Robert brings over 20 years of strategic experience in working with the Mexican Maquilladora Manufacturing industry. Prior to SMA, he was a Sales Support Engineer for Datapoint Corp and Interlogic Trace for 11years. He has an Associates Degree in Electronic Technology. He is also involved in the Maquilladora Industry Suppliers Association and the International Tips group. Robert’s experience gives him flexibility and provided the challenge of running Spectrum Marketing Assoc. Mexico operation.
	Debi Roeckelein Debi joined the Spectrum team in 1996. Prior to that, Debi worked for a Phoenix-based interactive voice response company as a buyer (American Management Association certified) and a customer service manager. These two positions paved the way for her job at Spectrum Marketing Associates as Distribution Sales Manager. Debi currently works with 18 distributors to ensure that they get the quick answers and support they need to book the business and get it off the street. Debi was born and raised in Phoenix and graduated from Arizona State University with a masters in Archaeology and Anthropology and a minor in Psychology. She is a member of the American Institute of Archaeology. She is also a member of the Electronic Reps Association. Debi was the recipient of the Raychem President's Award in January 2000, July 2001, October 2003 and July 2008.
	Saul Salgado Saul Salgado, a highly experienced Area Account Manager, adds the perfect mix of skills to the SMA team. He is fluent in English and Spanish which enables him to strategically manage his territory accounts at a level above the average representative. His understanding of the culture of high tech companies in Mexico and the US makes it easy for him to service multi-national accounts. Saul holds a BS from the University Center of Exact Sciences and Engineering University in Guadalajara. Prior to SMA Saul worked for 2 major contract manufacturers -- Sanmina-SCI where he served as a Product Engineer and Solectron where he served as a Material and Components Engineer.
	Anne Shaw Anne joined the Spectrum team in 2009 as Interconnect Product Manager. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. Her career in the Interconnect Industry has expanded over 30 years. Anne has a strong background in Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Product Management due to positions held in both California and Arizona with connector manufacturer, ITT Cannon, and electronic sales representative, English Technical Sales. She was the recipient of ITT Cannon's 'Marketeer of the Year' and 'Marketing Support' awards.
